These terms govern your use of Spexter when you run a free scan, buy the Complete Analysis or use any related feature.

What we offer

Spexter produces an automated SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) analysis of a public website. The free scan returns a score and a preview. The Complete Analysis — a one-time purchase — unlocks the full executive summary, the Deep Analysis per-engine results, every prioritised recommendation with copy-paste-ready payloads and PDF / CSV exports.

Pricing

The Complete Analysis is a one-time purchase with no subscription. The displayed price is locale-aware and is charged by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), which also collects any applicable VAT or tax.

Refunds — immediate-execution waiver

The Complete Analysis is a digital service that is generated and delivered to you immediately on purchase. By clicking the payment button you (a) consent to the immediate performance of the service and (b) acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for digital content under § 356 (5) BGB / Article 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

We will issue a refund only in the following cases:

• Technical failure on our side — the analysis could not be generated, the data is materially incorrect, or delivery failed. Please email contact@spexter.app within 14 days of purchase with a short description.
• Cases required by mandatory consumer law — where mandatory local consumer-protection law (e.g. the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, specific provisions of individual EU member-state law) requires a refund, we will of course comply.

Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method; processing typically takes 5-10 business days.

Your use of the recommendations

The recommendations we produce — meta tags, schema snippets, Google Business Profile posts, page copy — are yours to implement. Some are drafted by automated systems; you remain responsible for reviewing the wording, confirming factual accuracy and obtaining any internal approvals before publishing.

No ranking guarantee

Spexter is an informational tool. Search and AI-search visibility depend on many factors outside the scope of this report — including factors controlled by Google, AI providers and your competitors. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead volume or revenue outcome.

Intellectual property

The Spexter platform, branding and the layout of the analysis remain ours. The recommendations delivered to you are yours to use, adapt and publish on the website or profile they were produced for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
